Our front desk strives to assist you in obtaining your vacation pleasure from the moment you check-in, at 2:00 p.m. (By the way, check-out is 12:00 p.m. noon. Just let them know if you want a late check-out.) The friendly, bi-lingual front desk personnel are on hand 24-hours-a-day to make everything easy for you including excellent rate money exchange, assistance with local or international calls, tips on local restaurants, refer you to an onsite real estate agent, provide you with beach towels, take care of your laundry service and give you your room keys. Also located in the Lobby is the Tour Desk, which can help you with information on local flights at the Private Airport, Car Rentals, Tours, and Golf and Tennis information. With every need taken care of by our staff, you are open to experience the delight that is Costa Rica with all its traditions and wonders.
