Diria Golf Driving Range
As part of its full-service golf amenities, the Tamarindo Diria Beach & Golf Resort has its own private Golf Driving Range located just 2 kilometers from the property, in front of the Tamarindo Airport.
Our Driving Range is loaded with options. It has 8 practice greens, 15 teeing areas, chipping and pitching green, 2 green side bunkers, 1 fairway bunker, and 9-hole putting green. Open every day from 6:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., all of this is available for only $10 a day! And best of all, golf clubs are free!
In charge of the facility is 36-year-old Costa Rican golf professional Manuel Moreno, a 2000 Costa Rican golf champion. He has worked for 10 years in the area, the last 7 of those as the golf pro for the prestigious Garra de Leon golf course at Reserva Conchal. Moreno is intimately familiar with our Golf Driving Range, as he oversaw its construction nearly 10 years ago.
For those who want to learn the sport, or even raise your level a bit, Moreno offers golf lessons every day. Individual lessons are $30 or get 5 lessons for $120. However, any hotel guest will be able to get free golf lessons on Sunday. There is children’s golf from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. on Sundays as well for $6.
